The studio is the large room in my apartment. It has a separate entrance from the rest of the apt for privacy and convenience, though of course you’re welcome to walk through the hall to enter through the other door for bathroom and kitchen access. Building is residential so please keep in mind re: noise, late nights etc.

Rent is 800/month (would like a security deposit of 1/2 a month, 1200 total to move in). Looking for someone for Sept 1 move-in.

Please no sculptors working with plastic chemicals. Painters preferred, but others welcome.

It’s a spacious studio all to yourself. There’s a lot of storage, a closet and overhead storage above it too. Let me know if you have any questions/want to see the space!
