20.5' x 25' space available in one of the most well known artist buildings in Bushwick, 17-17 Troutman St. The entire 2,500-square-foot room is divided into four studios.

--Any activity that disrupts others' ability to work in the space (excessive noise, dust, fumes, etc.)
--Late rent
--Smoking in the studio
