A sunny and spacious bedroom is available in our 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment from March 1st to July 1st, with the possibility of signing onto the lease in July.

We’re on the third floor, above a coffee shop on the first floor with a couple residing on the second floor. With a large living room and separate kitchen, everything is recently renovated while maintaining both the charm and integrity of an older building.

We’re looking for someone ideally in their late 20’s or older who’s clean, communicative, and respectful, who ideally commutes and works in-person.

Located just one block away from the G, a few blocks from the L, and a 10 minute walk from the J and Z.

The bedroom has a sizable closet. There are also storage closets in the hall.

Our landlord and handyman are responsive and considerate.

Utilities aren’t included in the rent but average around $70-90/month, per person.

Room comes unfurnished, besides the curtain and curtain rod. The bed and bed frame can be purchased for $100.

About This Lister

You’ll have two roommates—an adjunct professor and musician (who rehearses/records most days in her room) and someone who works in EA, service, and yoga. We see the home as a peaceful haven and a place to rest and create, away from the hustle and bustle of city life.
