Hi! I am subletting my bright and spacious bedroom + office in a 3BR apartment in Sunnyside. It's available from May 3 to June 21. Mimimum 2 week stay is preferred.

- It’s located in a two-story townhouse; our unit is on the second floor.
- You’ll have two rooms: a bedroom (8'x13') and a large office (11'x15')
- Furnished. A full-size bed in the bedroom; the office has a standing desk and a writing desk.
- Kitchen with a dining space, and bathroom shared with 1 roommate.

The apartment is located near the Sunnyside Gardens park in a beautiful historic neighborhood. It's about 10 mins walk to 7; 15 mins to R, M, LIRR. It takes about 25mins to the city.

Sunnyside is a beautiful family-oriented area, with plenty of cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, and H mart. There’s also a farmer’s market on Saturdays.

Your roommate is a clean, friendly, and busy artist in his 30s (he/him) who works from home ocassionally. This sublet is for one person who is respectful and communicative.
