Hi! I’m renting out the second bedroom in my 2BR/2BA apartment in Fort Greene, and I’d love to find someone who will really appreciate a calm, respectful home base.

I’m especially open to a nurse or doctor who works at Brooklyn Hospital and commutes in a few days a week, but I’m also open to a full-time resident if it’s the right fit.

Furnished room and private bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living area, peloton, washer/dryer in apartment. Very good light and quiet. Elevator building with incredible residents, 24 hour doorman, roof, gym.

What I’m looking for
• Someone responsible, considerate, and communicative
• Okay with part-time use 2-4 nights per week or full-time - we can structure rent accordingly
• No smoking
• Ideally someone who keeps similar “weekday” hours and is looking for a low-drama, cozy place to land
