Would love to find someone to sublet my room. The room is described by loved one as “cozy, warm, eclectic.”
Ideally, starting April 1st until May 15th, but can be May 31st. I use a floor bed but if you rather sleep on something else that can be arranged :)
3 bedroom, 2 living room, in-unit laundry and dryer. Great location: next to 4 major subways, the Brooklyn Botanical Garden, and the Brooklyn Museum.
Price $1350 + utilities (which is usually around $60-$90)
