Management is very responsive and we have had no serious complaints. They are fast, communicative and professional and have not raised our rent in 3.5 years here.

Neighborhood is awesome, lots of restaurants, cafes, bars, gyms, stores, etc. Around the block from two 24/7 grocery stores, and one block away from Maria Hernandez Park. Super close to trains and B60 bus is right outside. I love the neighborhood and will be sad to leave!

I'm an artist working as an Art Director in Advertising who also teaches Ceramics. I'm a queer mid-30s trans person (they/them) so this is a very lgbtq friendly space!!! But anyone who is a good fit is welcome here.

You will be living with my roommate, who is a graphic designer from New Jersey in her 30s, who I have known for 15+ years. She is a good person and a chill, quiet roommate. She works from home mostly, but is courteous and doesn't cook much.

The furniture is all mine so the place will be mostly unfurnished including common areas.

(I am only moving because I got a new job and wanted to get my own place - but I've quite liked it here and will miss a lot about it, especially the dishwasher and the great neighborhood)
