One bedroom available in a 2BR/1BA apartment in Sunset Park. You'd be sharing the apartment with a wonderful roommate (female, late 20s). I've lived here for a while and genuinely loved it, but am relocating for work reasons. Here's the rundown:

The apartment:

- 2nd floor walkup; there are 4 units total in the building (tight knit community)
- Hardwood floors throughout, crown molding, arched entryway in the living room and dining area
- Large kitchen with a gas stove and tons of cabinet space
- Large foyer with ample shoe space
- Window A/C in living room
- Classic tiled bathroom with a full tub
- Warm, sunny, and quiet
- Laundromat just across the street (rarely full and always clean, a real plus!)
- Heat and hot water are included; we separately pay for gas and electric (~50-$150 in total, split in two) and share internet with the landlord in the building (so it's only $25/mo and yes it's strong!)

The bedroom:

- Fits a queen bed and a small desk comfortably
- Great natural light
- Seriously generous closet storage

I can sell you the the bed frame and desk you see in the images, if you want! Not the mattress, though.

The neighborhood/location:

- We're one block from Sunset Park
- Short 25 min walk to Industry City
- Close to plenty of coffee shops, great bars, and restaurants (like Sunset Stoop and Judy's)
- 15 min walk to R / 10 min walk to D
- Bus lines that cut across Brooklyn within 3-8 min walk
- Residential and calm neighborhood

Lifestyle:

- The apartment is kept clean - it's important you're willing to keep things tidy and clean as well
- We're generally quiet and always respectful
- We've hosted friends for dinners and a small gathering here and there but never a full-blown party; frankly, we rarely bring the action home
- The building and the apartment are non-smoking
- Cannot have pets - my roommate is allergic - sorry!
