This is a beautiful, sunny room available for sublet from May 1, 2026 until August 31, 2026 in prime Williamsburg (5 minute walk off of the Graham Avenue L train subway stop). It is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. You will be sharing a bathroom with one roommate. Close to many supermarkets, laundromat, coffeeshops, restaurants, and parks; it’s a fun, safe, relaxing area to explore. The room comes fully furnished with mattress, bed frame, shelves, mirror and wardrobe closet. You will be sharing the room with two, kind respectful roommates and a cute cat.

One of the roommates works in the restaurant industry as a bartender while the other is an actor, both in their mid-30s.
