Room 2 is 133 sq ft (190”x101”), has three windows and a large walk-in closet with additional storage above. It is currently furnished with queen-sized bed/mattress and dresser. Can fit more including a desk. Rent is $1300/month. Utilities separate.

Both rooms are move-in ready. Shared spaces include a dining area, kitchen, and bathroom. See photos for layout. There are laundry machines ($2/wash) in the basement for your convenience as well as a live-in super on the first floor.

The home is on a quaint, tree-lined block located in the charming neighborhood of Sunnyside (42nd Street and Skillman Avenue). The 7 train is a 5 min walk to the 40th St Lowery station and gets you into midtown in 15 min. Ideal for anyone who enjoys a relaxed atmosphere while still being close to everything.

Nearby is also a lovely park, just steps away from the local Saturday Farmer’s Market, and wonderful restaurants/shops (The Lowery, Taiyo Foods, SoleLuna, and Brookside Market are some of my favorites).
