Ideal for individual or couples, preference for entire blocks vs. days. I cannot accommodate outside of the dates listed above.
Process is as follows:
- Phone call/FaceTime scheduled
- Sublet agreement signed + photo ID sent
- Full rental fee (with cleaning included) and Security deposit ($250) to be sent via Zelle or Venmo upon execution of agreement
- references avail upon request
If kept in same condition, deposit will be sent back within 72 hours of exit.
