Looking for someone to stay in my 1-bedroom loft in Greenpoint from August 21st to September 7th.
The apartment is a 3-minute walk from McGolrick Park, 12 minutes to the G train at Nassau, and about 20 minutes to the L at Bedford or Graham Ave.
The living space has skylights, plants, books, and a comfy new couch. There’s a monitor set up if you're working remotely, and the window overlooks Manhattan with incredible sunsets.
The kitchen is spacious and fully stocked, with fairly new appliances including a dishwasher.
There are window/wall AC units in the bedroom and living room.
The apartment is a walk up and is located on the third floor.
Note: The Peloton will not be available.

The cost is $2000 including utilities.
Preference for someone who can stay the full time, but open to discussing weekly stays. No pets allowed.
