I’m looking for someone kind and friendly to join a peaceful slice of Bed-Stuy. You’d be filling the larger of two bedrooms, a corner room with tons of natural light. It comes furnished with a queen bed but could easily fit a king.

- Broadway Junction (A, C, J, Z, L) 10 mins away
- Laundry 1 min away
- Groceries 5 mins away
- Cafes, bars, a cute comedy club, etc. within a few blocks
- Bodega on each corner
- Park two blocks down

An earlier start date is preferred, but any move-in on or before Oct. 1 is fair game.
