The apt is on the top floor of three floor walk up. Spacious and sunny with hardwood floors, lots of plants and bright airy feel. Large living room (with eating space), fully equipped kitchen (with gas stove), and bathroom (with tub). Bedroom has a full sized bed, closet, desk/chair and a/c. Two large windows, plenty of sunlight.

Lively, residential neighborhood, walking distance to a park and tennis courts. Laundromat, grocery stores, coffee shops and gym all within walking distance. Subways (A/C and 3/4) and various buses all close by.

I am looking for a low-key summer subletter who needs summer accommodation in Brooklyn. Preference given to someone willing to cat sit in return for reduction in rent. I would prefer to rent to one person but could consider a couple.
