Sunny Studio Sublet in Bed-Stuy w/ Balcony, in-suite W/D, Gym & Rooftop

I’m subletting my bright and cozy studio apartment in Bed-Stuy while I’m away. The apartment faces southeast and gets tons of natural sunlight all day.

Studio layout, bright and airy

Full-size bed

In-unit washer & dryer

Access to a gym and a rooftop

Well-maintained, quiet, respectful building w/ elevator

I’m looking for someone clean, responsible, and respectful to stay here while I’m gone. Ideally, someone who can also water my plants once a week 🌿 (they’re easy, I promise).

The dates are somewhat flexible, since my travel schedule may change. The apartment will also be available again in the summer, so we can coordinate timing if that works for both of us.
