Studio in new elevator building right by the Metropolitan-Lorimer L/G stop. I’ve lived here for 2.5 years and have loved it. The building has a gym and gorgeous rooftop, and the location is prime. The unit is west-facing (facing the East River/Manhattan). The windows are double-paned and I've never had any issues with noise.

It's a top-floor unit and I was one of the first tenants to move into the building so I got first pick of the units.

Includes in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, built-in microwave, and full-size appliances.

Monthly rent $3750 (lower than comparable units in the building). There is an additional amenities fee to access the gym, bike storage, and coworking space, but I was able to ask management to waive it for the first year.

I'm the current tenant and have been living in the building since it opened in June 2023. Love the apartment and would love to stay, but I'm looking for a lease takeover as I'm moving for personal reasons! Happy to do virtual or in-person showings, as well as sell any of the furniture in the photos.
