Get groceries from Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, or the Saturday Farmer's Market at McCarren Park. Subways: Bedford Ave (L), Metropolitan/Lorimer (L,G), and Marcy Ave (J,M,Z) are all around 10 minutes walk away.

Amenities include a projector with Fire stick, Sonos-connected ceiling speakers, washer & dryer, dishwasher, and central air & heating. Great kitchen for cooking, includes water boiler, burr coffee grinder, french press, and italian coffeemaker. The apartment is on the 4th floor of a walk-up building (good exercise for glutes).

Looking for a clean, respectful, considerate, creative-minded person or couple to sublet my beautiful apartment. Also open to requests for 2 or 3 week stays.

Note: the building is currently undergoing exterior repairs where work is being done to the façade and the roof on weekday mornings and early afternoons (otherwise you'd be able to enjoy the roof terrace). Noise is typically limited to short periods and requests can be made to the construction team to pause work if needed for work calls.
