This place just got a full makeover, so everything is brand new—the kitchen, the floors, the whole works. You’ll have a private bathroom with lux finishing, dishwasher, in-unit washer and dryer, central air, and even heated floors.

Our building is a high-rise with some nice perks, like a gym and a rooftop with amazing views. Even though there isn’t a super living on-site, management is super helpful and quick to fix anything that comes up. There's also an elevator, so you won't have to lug groceries up the stairs. Just a heads-up, utilities aren't included in the rent.

About the Vibe:
I’m looking for a roommate who's clean, respectful, and just an all-around good person to live with. Basically, someone who's considerate of our shared space and makes a great roommate.

The Neighborhood:
You can't beat this location. We’re on a quiet street in prime Williamsburg, right between Berry and Bedford. It's a sweet spot, just a short walk from McCarren Park. You can grab a coffee, check out the amazing restaurants, or enjoy the nightlife all within a few blocks. Plus, Berry Street is closed to traffic on Sundays, which is perfect for a chill stroll. The best part? The Bedford L train is only three blocks away, making your commute to Manhattan a breeze.
