I have a room to share in my 2-br apartment.

The ideal candidate is:

- A woman
- Extremely clean (maniac would be so fabulous actually)
- Who works in an office 9-5pm with not too much remote work from home.
- Who is respectful, discrete, and KIND

The apartment is near a park and the hood is super friendly and not too gentrified yet, the neighbors are all so wonderful people.

You can access it via J, L, M, Trains + Bus 60 and Bus 28.

There is a washing machine in the kitchen but no dryer so I air dry my clothes in the bathtub.

I like to keep things super extra clean.

I play music and I sometime rehearse at home, so ideally the roommate will share a sensitivity for music...
