I am away from my studio apartment this winter and looking to sublet it weekly or monthly while I’m gone.

I will be taking my maternity leave in New York from March - September and am looking for someone to sublet during that period for $1700 per month.

It's a cozy, clean space that serves me well when working in Los Angeles. Queen size bed, television, full kitchen and a lounge area. There's outside communal space in the building.

The apartment is located in Historic Filipinotown, close to Clark Street Bakery, Vista Hermosa Park, Gra Pizza and Laveta. Not far from Echo Park Lake and all the good stuff over there.

This is a great launch pad for visiting or working in LA. I love it here and hope you will too.
