Offering our quaint, rustic cottage (900 sq ft) with two bedrooms and small loft area, open plan living and dining room, deck that sits on close to two acres with old growth trees and a garden, walking distance to Cooper Lake reservoir. Grill and open fire pit are available on the stone patio.

Price includes water, electricity, internet and basic cable, gas, lawn and home maintenance, washer/dryer, etc.

Dates are June 1 - July 27 with some flexibility in start and end dates, but strong preference for someone taking it for the entire period.

I’m an arts professor and multidisciplinary artist, living between Brooklyn and upstate NY. I grew up in this house and it’s a unique and classic home typical to the Woodstock area, located on one of the area’s most beautiful roads.
