Hello hello!
We are Seymour, Renzo and Emily - a couple (Seymour & Renzo) and with our dear friend Emily in search of an apartment in Brooklyn starting May 1st or 15th. All of us have lived in NYC for years and are looking for a long-term apartment or lease takeover.

We're responsible and respectful professionals who keep a tidy house and are excellent at paying rent on time.
Emily is a journalist who works from home, and Renzo and Seymour are artists who travel often for their work.

We are looking for an unfurnished two bedroom with a suitable shared living room space or a three bedroom where the additional room could be used as a shared dining/living room.

We're open in regards to neighborhood but would like to stay in Brooklyn, favoring the Bed Stuy/Crown Heights/Prospect Lefferts Gardens/Flatbush areas.

While amenities like a dishwasher/in-building laundry/central air are nice they are certainly not necessary. Our ideal budget is under $3600/month. We do not have any pets (and no plans on getting one). Happy to hop on a call if you think we might be a fit for your space!
