Hello! I am one of three wonderful roommates who are searching for a three or four bedroom apartment for either a February 15th or March 1st move in. One of the roommates has a really chill Yorkie who will be coming with us. Our current landlord is not renewing our lease, even though we've been living here in Parkslope for over four years together, but the landlord wants his aging mother to live in our apartment on the first floor and so we are not getting it renewed! Thus begins our search...

Ideally, we would like the apartment to be under $4000 (including utilities) and in Brooklyn. We ideally would like to sign our own lease for a year or more, but can do a lease takeover. Our ideal neighborhoods are Parkslope, South Slope, Greenwood Heights, Windsor Terrace, or Kensington, but we would love to see any and all apartments, especially on the F or G train lines. We keep our space clean, communicate well with landlords, and love building community with our neighbors!

My name is Catherine (she/hers), 35 years old, preschool teacher and lifelong Brooklynite. Roommate Yuri, 37 years old, professional in the international banking field and working part-time from home. Roommate Sadie, 30 years old, also a preschool teacher, and with a five-year-old Yorkie named Kinsey.

We have been living together for four years and plan on continuing to live together! We are communicative with landlords and supers, always pay our rent on time, take our garbage out promptly and cleanly, and keep our spaces clean.
