About Us:

We are a responsible couple school counselor and a teacher—looking for a long-term rental or lease takeover. We have a small, well-behaved dog and value a quiet, welcoming home environment. We’re incredibly neat, responsible, and loving people who work with kids daily, so a peaceful and well-kept home is very important to us. **Budget is $4600 but semi-flexible**

What We’re Looking For:

• 1 or 2-bedroom apartment (preferably above ground level)
• Unfurnished unit
• Washer/dryer in-unit or in the building
• Good natural light
• Pet friendly (or upon approval!)

Neighborhood Preferences:

Prospect Heights, Fort Greene, Clinton Hill, Bed-Stuy, Crown Heights, Boerum Hill, but open to other neighborhoods that have a good vibe.
