This is a large, well-lit art studio (north facing) in the most desirable, well-maintained building in the gallery district. Elevators, A/C, etc.; work sinks and restrooms on each floor. The space is currently open, with only a storage area walled off, but a partition could be discussed. . Clean, dry work only.
