I'm currently using my 2BR as a 1BR + office, but my office has an American Leather queen sleeper sofa - I've gotten feedback from guests that it's more comfortable than their own bed. Subletting my unit is $150 per night, or $1000 per week.

I'm on the top floor of a 3-story walkup on the edges of Cobble Hill, Boerum Hill, and Gowanus. I'm just 5 minutes from the Bergen F/G stop, or a 10-min walk to the Hoyt A/C and 2/3. Getting to Manhattan on any of those lines is 5-10 min. I'm also right in the middle of Brooklyn's best neighborhoods: Carroll Gardens, Fort Greene, Park Slope, Brooklyn Heights, Prospect Park, and the piers.
