I'm travelling a lot over the winter so I'm offering my fully furnished sunny 1BD apartment in Bedstuy, 4th floor walk up, In a gorgeous old building that has been refurbished right by the A/C Utica station. Only 20 minutes into the city! The bed is a queen with a very comfortable mattress and pillows. There is plenty of empty closet and storage space. A fully stocked kitchen for you to cook. There are a couple of plants which must be watered weekly but are easy to look after. The living room has an amazing projector, PS4, a bookshelf with a record player, and a small collection of records, books and magazines. The apartment has been tastefully furnished so looking for someone responsible who would take care of it, I'm a very clean person so want someone who values cleanliness as highly as I do!

Building amenities: washer/dryer room, ⁠Games room with pool table, table tennis and darts board. TV room - ⁠residents reading lounge - Gym + Sauna - ⁠All on the basement floor.

The neighbourhood itself has so much to offer— There are so many amazing restaurants, bars and cafes within a 10-minute walk from the apartment! I can happily forward a list of places to try!
