The house sits in a quiet, walkable neighborhood that feels removed and calm, while still being just 1.7 miles from the 101 and close to Woodland Hills and Calabasas. It’s a unique in-between space — part nature, part city — with birdsong throughout the day and a sense of openness that’s increasingly rare in LA.

The room is simple, comfortable, and fully furnished, with its own private bathroom. The home itself is bright and well-kept, with a clean, functional kitchen and an easy, uncluttered flow.

The standout feature is the outdoor space: a large, two-story deck with wood detailing, string lights, and multiple areas to sit, work, or unwind. It naturally becomes a daily living space — ideal for meditation, yoga, meals, or working outside. The light is beautiful throughout the day, with especially nice evenings and sunsets.

My place is a short and easy drive to:

PLEASE NOTE: I will be living in the home with my two cats through early July, after which I’ll be away for much of the remaining rental period. I'm looking for a roommate who is willing to take care of a handful of plants while I'm away.
The cats are calm and friendly — the right person would need to be comfortable around cats and not have allergies (or be willing to handle them until early July).
