I have a private, fully furnished room available in a 3bd, 2 bath home with a calm vibe with an amazing front and backyard oasis.

The Room:

Queen bed, desk, TV, mini fridge, good size closet with dresser, and a very clean shared bathroom with one considerate roommate (me!). There is a second bathroom downstairs so you'll never have to wait.

The Home:

Stand-alone house on a quiet street with great neighbors, great porch with hammock and backyard with lounge/eating area with fire pit. Both perfect for coffee or relaxing before and after work. I also am an avid gardener so lots of fresh greens (I'm just planting spring/summer veg so nothing to share yet)

Full use of the kitchen.

We are less than a 5 min walk from the Expo Line which can take you to Santa Monica or Downtown. 40 min on the train to LAX and 10mins from the 10 and 110. Extremely central (you could walk to USC)

Included:

Utilities including internet + hammock, rocking chairs with organic veggies. And super cute dogs.

I am ideally looking for a month stay but welcome a two week stay.
