A peaceful art- and book-filled home in the hills of Echo Park furnished with a mix of antiques and modern furniture and some lovely houseplants. The house was originally built in 1923 and remodeled in 2017 by the architecture firm Productora with a garden designed by Terremoto. Quiet, calm neighborhood.

The house faces south west, gets sunshine all day and gorgeous sunsets. The backyard has two outdoor dining areas, one table on the deck and one in the garden. Surrounded by nature, hummingbirds, hawks, crows, other birds, butterflies and squirrels.

The living/dining room opens up completely to the deck and the backyard. The breakfast nook in the kitchen also opens up to the deck/yard. Kitchen has Wolf appliances and is fully equipped.

Upstairs there's a deck off the primary bedroom and office and a small fenced outdoor space off the primary bathroom.

The office is also upstairs and has 3 desks, lots of art and design books, and a sitting area.

Wood floor upstairs. Concrete floor downstairs.
