I have 2 treatment rooms available on different days for a flexible 12 month lease. The space is on the 7th floor of a boutique elevator building, facing the back where it's quiet, away from street noise. The building is on a bustling street in Midtown - Rose Hill, a block away from Madison Square Park, near Whole Foods, and right next to the 6 Subway, 2 blocks from the R/W, and a 12-minute walk to Herald Square, and 15-minute walk to Union Square. There are lots of interdisciplinary businesses in the building with plenty of opportunities for cross referrals.

Room 2 (large room, with windows) availability: Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays. You can choose any or all of those days.

Rent for Room 2 starts at $400 per month for 1 full day per week, multi-day discounts available. No hourly or half day rentals.

Blue Room (smaller room, no windows) availability: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. You may choose any or all of those days.

Rent for Blue Room starts at $360 per month for 1 full day per week, multi-day discounts available. No hourly or half day rentals.

The entire office is 1200 square feet, the room itself is 10 ft x 13 ft. There is a shared kitchenette (not pictured) with a sink, refrigerator, microwave you may use. The restroom is shared with 1 other unit on the floor.

Ideal for: massage therapist, craniosacral therapist, physical therapist, esthetician, acupuncturist, Reiki practitioner, and new graduates looking to build their practice! We are 2 acupuncturists and a yoga therapist/reflexologist/Reiki practitioner who have been working together for years. There are also 2 other part-time practitioners here: Chia is an orthopedic acupuncturist and massage therapist. Patricia is a yoga therapist, Reiki master, and reflexologist. We have been working together for several years. Our space is a sanctuary for us and our clients.
