We're a Mexican-Iranian family who head to Mexico City for two months every year, and we'd love to have a couple or family stay at our place while we're gone.

The apartment is in Clinton Hill—you're literally steps from great restaurants, bars, coffee spots, and grocery stores. Fort Greene Park, Pratt, and the G and C trains are all about a 10-minute walk. Prospect Park, the Brooklyn Museum, and Brooklyn Bridge are around 25 minutes on foot.

It's a small 10-unit building with a security system, keyless entry, and a common area in the lobby with package storage—pretty convenient.

First floor has an entry hall with two closets, a half bath, and a dedicated workspace/desk area. The kitchen, dining, and living room are all open concept and flow right out to a big private garden with an outdoor lounge setup.

Upstairs, the primary bedroom has a king bed, smart TV, and its own full bathroom. There's another full bathroom with a tub in the hallway, plus an in-unit washer and dryer. The second bedroom is our toddler's room—we'll set it up with a full-size bed and nightstand for you.

Rent covers everything: water, gas, internet, and building maintenance.

I am a graphic designer from Mexico City and have been living in this neighborhood for the past 13 years. I work at Google and also teach at Pratt Institute.

My husband is a project manager in the advertising industry. We have a 3 year-old daughter.

We're planning to spend some time in Mexico City with my family before she starts school and are looking for someone to live and take care of our beloved space.
