Our 3-bed, 1-bath apartment is located in Bed-Stuy and is off the A/C trains (Nostrand Ave (8 min walk)/Kingston-Throop Aves (5 min walk). The apartment is under 10 years old. It has an elevator, in building laundry, dishwasher, gym, roof access, and bike room. The neighbors are friendly and the area is rather quiet.

We are looking to fill two rooms:
Small room - $1169
Large room - $1282

There's easy access to the supermarket, cafes, and really good eats and restaurants.

Kimberly will be your roommate. She is in her early 30s, and a full-time college professor of psychology who works in person and sees therapy clients virtually part-time. She is a joy to live with and is really easy to talk to!

The living/common space is really cute with a dining table, couch and the kitchen is fully stocked, but feel free to bring anything that you would like to use.

There are two cute cats, Brittney Spears and Simba who are so loving and love to keep you company!

I'm sad to be leaving, I'm moving abroad at the start of next year. The new lease starts January 1st, 2026 and it is a one year lease.
