Welcome to this spacious and bright aparment in a prewar apartment building in the historic Ditmas Park/Flatbush neighborhood. Two 10x10 unfurnished bedrooms are available in this three bedroom aparmtent. Nearly all the furniture in the living room/kitchen will be staying with the aparment, and I plan on replacing the items that are going myself.

Right bewteen the Q/B and 2&5 trains there's plenty of transit options in the area, and a wonderful community to get involved in!

Amentities include:
- 2 bathrooms! (one shower, 1.5 baths as they call it lol)
- 2 closets in the living room
- Closet space in each bedroom
- In building laundry
- Roughly $75 per person utitlies

The lease is due for renewal on September 1st, so I'm in a bit of a time crunch to get people ready to move in. If you're interested send me an email or text with some information about yourself and we can set up a facetime or time for you to come see the place!

I'm Ben, a photographer and film maker who moved to Brooklyn last year. This was my first apartment in the city and I absolutely loved getting to explore NYC from this quiant little spot.

In addition to my art I work at a frame store, and have an interest in fine art, theatre, and nightlife. Huge fan of vinyl records and music history, you can see my setup in the living room photos. I love to cook and keep a fully stocked kitchen of supplies inluding high quality cookware, oils, and spices. I like my home to be welcoming and social space and will frequently make meals for my roommates and have friends over!
