We have two rooms in our duplex apartment available for rent starting in October. The monthly rent is 2400$ for the two rooms. Uitliies are not included.

Currently, one of the bedrooms is set up as a study/office, but it can be converted back to a bedroom. There is a full bathroom with a bathtub on that floor, which technically will be yours.

You will be sharing the apartment with me. There is a third bigger room upstairs that I will be living in that has its own full bathroom with a bathtub.

Common Areas: There is a spacious living room that we decorated with care and love on your floor. The kitchen is also on the same floor. There is also a huge balcony with a ping pong table on the second floor.

We are also right by "Herbert Von King Park" (On Greene Avenue) and a bunch of coffee shops around us.

About me:
I am a teacher and a PhD graduate student working on my dissertation. Im pretty laid back as a roommate. I would rather live with one person but we can work it out depending on the circumstances. I do cook and use the kitchen almost everyday.
