Unbelievable sound privacy. (in the bedrooms you only hear birds & a subtle waterfall... and if you played guitar no one would hear it) You have your own entrance, so it feels like having your own house.

Accessibility: there are no stairs involved to enter or within the apartment but there are many stairs to get to the laundry or yard.
Way under priced; landlord actually good & fair.
We're your upstairs neighbors! (seperated by your personal attic level) We've loved living in this XL 2 family home for the past 4 years. To our surprise, we've found it more convenient than when we lived in Brooklyn. (besides the lack of 24 hour food options)
We spent 5 months looking at countless "location-centric" homes in the Hudson Valley before landing here. So happy we did! The location exceeded our expectations. Hoping to find nice neighbors again! Even though we can't hear & rarely see each-other, we do share the yard & driveway. It's just reassuring to know you're surrounded by good people.
