We have two furnished (or unfurnished if preferred) apartments we are looking to rent out long term attached to our main home.

The house is located on 12 acres, 5 acres of fenced in fields (we have a herd of sheep) and the remaining land is forested. We have a greenhouse, community garden, and free range roaming chickens as well. We're about 15 minutes from Hudson NY, and 15 minutes Bard / Red Hook area.

The downstairs apartment has its own entrance and access to a shared porch with our family. The unit has its own kitchen, living room, bedroom and washer dryer.

The price includes all utilities except for oil to heat the place in the winter months.
