We have two furnished (or unfurnished if preferred) apartments we are looking to rent out long term attached to our main home. We have two kids and live right next to the apartments.

The house is located on 12 acres, 5 acres of fenced in fields (we have a herd of sheep) and the remaining land is forested. We have a greenhouse, community garden, and free range roaming chickens as well. We're about 15 minutes from Hudson NY, and 15 minutes Bard / Red Hook area.

The upstairs apartment also has its own entrance. There is no washer and dryer. There is a small deck porch.

The price includes all utilities except for oil to heat the place in the winter months.
