Opening my beloved Union Square studio while I’m away. This is my actual home — warm, lived-in, and shaped by a love of art, culture, and thoughtful space.
About 500 sq ft, on the 2nd floor (elevator building), facing the inner patio so it’s surprisingly quiet despite being right in the center of everything.
Queen bed in a semi-separated nook, hardwood floors, plants, books, textiles, soft winter light. A fully equipped kitchen you can actually cook in. Laundry in the basement (I’ll leave my card). Utilities + Wi-Fi included.
Best for one person or a couple who appreciates a calm, shoes-off home and treats space gently. No smoking.
Rate: $900/week prorated
Security deposit required.
If you’re in renovation limbo, in between places, or just need a peaceful landing spot in the city, tell me a bit about yourself. 🤍
Hi! I’m Anita (she/her). I work in design and project-based creative work, and I love art, culture, museums, music, and thoughtful spaces. I’m pretty organized, calm, and respectful with my home—I care about good energy, light, and treating spaces gently.
This is my own studio apartment, where I live full-time when I’m in New York. I’m the tenant and the main contact, and I’ll be showing the space and coordinating everything directly. I have a good relationship with my landlord and neighbors, and the building is generally quiet and well cared for.
I’m opening my home while I’m away and looking for someone who’s similarly respectful, clean, and appreciative of a lived-in space.
