There is a 3rd common space pictured in the full apartment that is used as an office-ideal if need to WFH but NOT for a third bedroom.

The kitchen has a full-sized refrigerator, full-sized dishwasher, microwave, pantry, and gas stove oven.

The building management is responsive to maintenance needs and the building is only 6 floors so the neighbors are very neighborly. No elevator, but Washer and Dryer in building!!!

No smoking. Small pets will be considered but you will need to be responsible for any pet fee.

As I said I am a young professional working in the arts. I do research so this place will be filled with gorgeous art books.

I work 5 days week in office and I do have a social life but I do not bring the party back home. I can always recommend fun things to do or try in the city.

I still have my big sister energy as I am the eldest of 3.

I do cook. I am not vegan or vegetarian but its ok if you are.
