I’m subletting my 1 bedroom on the UWS from December 17th to February 28th. It’s located on 68th, right next to Central Park! I’m asking $3400 per month, which includes utilities. I’m happy to discuss a prorated amount if you’re looking for a shorter stay.

It’s a cozy, fully furnished space. The location is amazing as it’s near the best UWS restaurants and shops. Lincoln Square is a few blocks away, there’s a Trader Joe’s about 4 blocks away, and a Madewell, Sweetgreen, and Barry’s all within 3 blocks. The kitchen is fully stocked and has a dishwasher. There is no laundry in the building, but a great laundromat is located 3 blocks away that offers wash and fold. It’s a 4th floor walk up on the top floor of my building so it's quiet and has great front-facing views of the street. Happy to set up a viewing or Facetime.
