Price is $150/night, includes everything you need! Fully equipped kitchen, full bath, wifi, desk and monitor setup, TV with streaming services (HBO Max, Netflix, Hulu, Paramount+, Peacock, Apple TV, Prime TV). Price may be reduced for longer stays.

Full sized bed and sofa that pulls out into a twin bed. Zebra chair is also very comfy and reclines if you're really trying to squeeze.

Location: W 95th St and CPW. Right around the corner (less than 5 min walk) from 96th St B/C subway station and several bus lines (M96, M10, M7, M11). Less than 10 min walk to 96th St 1/2/3 subway station.

Get to midtown/times square in 20 minutes, lower manhattan in 30ish, and brooklyn in around 45 depending on where you are going.

Right around the corner you will find a Trader Joes, Whole Foods, Target, and many other retail stores. Several great cafes and restaurants in the area as well (happy to provide recs). About a 10-15 min walk to prime UWS dining/nightlife in the W 70's and 80's.

Cats pictured will not be present for your stay, but worth pointing out that they live here in case of allergies. A professional cleaning service will be hired before each stay.
