Looking for a roommate for August 1st for a very big room in Flatbush for $1377/month! The room has a giant closet and great light, and the apartment is huge and new/super clean. Room can fit a queen or king bed, couch, desk, and dresser. Will be subletting from my current roommate who’s moving out until June 1st next year, and then can renew for a 1-year lease. Preference is someone who wants to stay long-term if it’s a good vibe! First and security to move in (security same as rent, $1377.)

Apt has laundry in unit, is a 3rd floor walk-up, and has a balcony in the living room. Also has central air/heat 😌 and not the kind that skyrockets the energy bill lol

There’s only 2 other units in the building so it’s very quiet, and the landlords lives next door and is the absolute best. It’s a .4 mile walk to the 2/5 train.

Apt has no pests or bugs of any kind 🙂 lol a NY rarity. Everything in the apt works perfectly (hot water, etc.) and the landlord is super responsive.
