About This Lister

I am an NYC-based entrepreneur with a flexible schedule that allows me to work wherever I want. I'm the current tenant and I've been living in the building with my dog for 8 years. I'm lucky to have great (read: quiet) neighbors and the building staff is wonderful.

I will be your point of contact during your stay. Through the building team, we will be able to assist with any issues that might arise (although I don’t anticipate any issues).

Rental requirements

No smoking or vaping inside the unit or building.

Deposit of $1,000 required to secure the unit with the $500 of it being applied directly to your rent and the other $500 to be returned at the end of your stay assuming nothing is damaged/missing and the place has been left in good condition. Rent needs to be paid in full prior to getting your keys.
