I live in a gorgeous 1-bedroom, 1 bath apartment in the heart of West Hollywood, CA. The apartment is very open with incredible sun light in a gated small complex. The neighborhood is very walkable and right next to a park/dog-park. Located 1 block off a Melrose it is very walkable with a ton of restaurants, shops and coffee shops in my area.

I have lived in my unit for over 5 years and love it. It is renovated with a ton of character and my neighbors are all very kind. I am located on the first floor with no one above or below my unit. Washer/Dryer available in the building with access via app. Fully furnished and my unit will be available for a short-term sublease June 7-26.
