On the main floor is the large common space, a half-bath, the kitchen and my bedroom.
2nd floor: 3 bedrooms and a full-bathroom.

The bedrooms are spacious and light-filled, with 6 ft closets and air conditioners. They are lightly furnished with new bed frames, lamps and sheer white curtains. Flexible to keep or remove.
The building has a laundry room, and a security office from 5pm-3 am.
There are common outdoor gated gardens with grills to bbq in, benches to read on, and green grass and trees!

6-month rental, Sept. 1-Feb 1st, 2026 with possibility to extend. Can be flexible on start and end dates.

$2800 per month for room; some utilities included.
