Hello, I have 2 large bedrooms available in my 4 bedroom, 1.5 bath, 1500 square foot apartment in the Far West Village.

Feb. 1-Sept. 1 with option to extend. Can be flexible on dates.

The housemates: late 20's, female, non-smokers, considerate and kind. I am a professional musician and travel often for work, sometimes gone for a week or more at a time.

The apartment is fully furnished and because of the layout-2 floors, 1500 sq. ft.- is very spacious.
Main floor: my bedroom, a half-bath, common space living room/dining room combo, and a galley kitchen.
2nd floor of duplex: 3 bedrooms, and a full bath.

Primary bedroom is approx. 14 x 16; (has 2 large south-facing windows) $2700.00.
Bedroom 2: 12 x 12-facing east for morning sun. $2600.

Both are lightly furnished with queen beds, a lamp, sheer curtains and a/c units.

Both bedrooms have 6 foot long closets.

Located one block from Hudson River Park and the pier with a bike and running path that goes down to Battery Park and uptown along the river.
There is also a beach within a 10 minute walk, as well as the Little Island and the Highline; it's one of the best neighborhoods in NYC.

The building itself is very quiet and residential. There are laundry rooms on the main floor and a security office in the building on site from 5 pm-3 am.
There are common private gardens requiring a key, with grills, dining areas green grass, and benches-a private oasis/park within the city!

References are required as well as a security deposit equal to one month's rent.
Wifi is included; other utilities-electric, heat, a/c-are split equally.
