Looking for someone starting June 2 and staying through the end of June. Dates can be somewhat flexible.

Bright and spacious one bedroom in Fort Greene Brownstone half a block from Fort Greene Park! The apartment runs through the whole floor with windows on both the front and back (screens on window in dining room and kitchen).

The apartment includes:
- Hardwood floors with high quality rugs
- A huge living room facing the treetops on S. Oxford, with a large tv, couch, books, leather chairs, large coffee table, chess table
- A separate dining room on the back of the apt with 6 chairs, working fireplace, separate desk for work, views of trees
- Stocked kitchen with pantry items and cooking supplies, bullet blender, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, toaster, large updated refrigerator
- Towels and linens from Bed Threads, very comfortable queen bed
- Closet space with ample hangers, shelves and small 4 drawer dresser, full length mirror
- Jacuzzi bathtub / shower
- Laundry in the basement (takes quarters)
- AC in bedroom and dining area/fills into living room

- cleaning supplies / vacuum
- some weights and a mini trampoline
- house plants (hoping you'll help keep them alive and water them)

The apartment is a block and a half from the C Lafayette train and G Fulton train. Just 7 minute walk to the 2, 3, 4, 5, B, D, N, Q, R at Atlantic Avenue-Barclays Center. There is a Citibike rack around the corner! Steps away from great restaurants, bars/beer gardens, coffee shops, BAM, boutiques, bookstores, bodegas, markets, pottery studio, yoga, pilates, nail / hair salons, gyms, concert venues, etc.

Whole Foods is 5 blocks away and Trader Joe’s a 10 min walk. Mr. Mango open 24/7 is 2 blocks away.
