Living Room couch has a pullout full mattress, so in total, you can fit up to 4 guests.

In the office nook upstairs, we have a printer & monitor for your use.

- A large turf backyard

Nestled between Williamsburg, East Williamsburg & Greenpoint
- 1 block from FourFiveSix bar & restaurant
- 6 minute walk to McGolrick Park
- 12 min walk to McCarren park
- 10 min walk to the L, 15 min walk to the G
- 2 CitiBike docs on either ends of our street

OPTION FOR PET CARE:
We would love to rent to someone who is okay having our cat onsite. He will need minimal pet sitting: feeding, pets/snuggles as needed, and litterbox changing. We will provide a discount on the rent of $25/day if you can pet sit, so the rate will drop to $150/day.

RATE:
$175/day + $120 cleaning fee

DATES:

No parties to respect our neighbors, but we can recommend plenty of amazing going-out spots in the area! :)

- Yacine: from Paris, France and is an entrepreneur in the tech space

We love trying new restaurants, visiting museums, playing Monopoly Deal in the park, and breakfasts on our balcony.

We're traveling for our wedding and will prioritize those who can stay as many days as possible.
