Moving back to San Francisco for work and leaving behind a gorgeous apartment, have lived here about a year and hoping to find a tenant who loves the building and wants to stay but open to someone looking for short term and furnished as well. Would leave behind bed, couch, coffee table, desk, chair, and other items up for discussion. If unfurnished preferred, this is no problem.
